Privacy Policy

Last updated: pre-launch draft

This is a starter privacy policy and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

What we collect

When you join the Civora waitlist we collect your name, email, organization, role, area of interest, and any notes you send.

If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and support you.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure how people find Civora. We don't sell this data.

Future account data

Once Civora opens to early-access users, we'll also collect what's needed to run the product (authentication, followed bills, saved searches, AI conversations). A fuller policy will be published before then.

AI usage disclaimer

Civora uses AI to summarize and reason about legislative data. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify against official sources before relying on it.

Early access

Be among the first to experience AI-powered legislative intelligence.

We're onboarding journalists, researchers, and policy teams first. Tell us what you're tracking and we'll reach out as early access opens.

We'll only email you about Civora early access.
